PROJECT RECAP:
As Senior Director of Digital Marketing for José Andrés Group (2019–2022), I helped advance the company’s mission of changing the world through the power of food by leading digital strategy across an acclaimed portfolio of restaurants, media projects, and consumer brands.
I oversaw all digital channels—websites, email marketing, paid social, CRM, analytics, and performance workflows—while managing an in-house team as well as contractors and agency partners. My work included designing and developing more than a dozen restaurant websites, launching high-performing paid programs, and building retention-focused customer automations within Salesforce.
Across my tenure, I elevated email performance (increasing open rates from 18% to 45%), produced a top-performing Yelp paid campaign, and introduced new systems and operational efficiencies across the digital ecosystem. In addition to the restaurant portfolio, I also led digital management for José Andrés’ personal site, eCommerce store, and monthly newsletter.
