PROJECT RECAP:
As Senior Director of Digital Marketing for The MINA Group (2023–2025), I led the digital transformation of one of America’s premier hospitality groups helmed by Chef Michael Mina.
I directed digital strategy across a nationwide portfolio of 30+ restaurant concepts, overseeing websites, CRM, email marketing, paid media, reporting, and guest-engagement workflows. My role included managing internal teams, agency partners, and cross-functional brand stakeholders to unify digital storytelling and performance.
During my tenure, I launched new websites for Bourbon Steak, International Smoke, STRIPSTEAK, Acqua Bistecca, and The MINA Group corporate site—modernizing the brand’s digital ecosystem and elevating the guest experience. I also drove major platform integrations and partnerships with SevenRooms, Yelp, BentoBox, Bilt, and InKind, optimizing customer automations, strengthening guest retention, and improving overall marketing efficiency.
